The Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Papaya & Aloe Vera
Started of with the the Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Papaya & Aloe Vera where the hearty bowl of warm soup is indeed so good. The ripe papaya is being double boiled with all fish maw and aloe vera brings you with the soothing and yet nutritious blend of soup.

Deep-fried paper wrapped chicken
The deep-fried paper wrapped chicken is one of the recommended dish of the night. The chicken is well done infused with the right flavours and well marinated. Meat remains tender and juicy as it is with the crispy skin.

Wok-seared Canadian Cod Fish with Preserved Vegetables & Wolfberries
Being a fish lover, I am indeed falling in love with this. The cod fish is simply delicious with the flaky textures of the fish meat with it.

The slurppy noodles indeed just nice to end our meal at night.

Chilled Osmanthus Jelly
It is such a nice delights to enjoy and the aromatic chilled jellies just melts my heart. Not too sweet but the soothing sensation is awesomely good.

Why not visit Zuan Yuan for a delectable meal with family and have a great mooncake festival there too.
