There are many places to get your Penang famous local products home. But, for me i love to visit this shop called Hock Lok Siew Biscuit Trading within the heart of Georgetown itself that produces quality local products and market them at a cheaper price.
They sells a variety of Penang Famous local products like tambyn biscuits, Pumpkin Seeds Moon Biscuits, Traditional Wedding Biscuits, Beh Teh Saw Biscuit and many more.
But one of favorites is the Mini Moon Biscuits which I will usually buy when I am in Penang. The Mini Moon Biscuits comes with the children mooncake crust or we called it Gong Zai Pheang. Inside it is packed with the coconut flash in it. Nicely done!. though the packing may not be appealing but the taste is absolutely double thumbs up.
