A GASTRONOMIC AFFAIR WITH THE MASTERCHEF ASIA JUDGES

It was indeed a superb event where we are invited to sample the great choices of dishes by the Master Chef. The event starts slightly late and we are presented with the great show but an interesting.

The MasterChef Asia Malaysian Tour was held at The Westin KL. The event kick-started with an ice-breaking session on stage with the Masterchef Asia Judges and we are able to witness the master chef performance live!

First up, Susur Lee constructed a stellar-looking appetizer, named Singapore Slaw. It is such an interesting dish alike Yee Sang which completes with 21 ingredients.

Next up, Bruno Menard presented the Provencale Chicken Roulade for our main course.

And finally. Audra Morrice showcased her rendition of Chocolate Ganache for dessert.

Sea Salt Caramel Mousse on Shortbread with Mixed Berry Compute

The event was a great one and we are having a good time and it is honoured being invited to experience them.

The MasterChef Asia winner will walk away with their very own cookbook, a $50,000 cash prize, $10,000 worth of unique leisure experience in Singapore, $15,000 of Panasonic home appliances, a paid internship at one of Carlton Hotel Singapore’s restaurants, and a one-week stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
