Being in Penang, don’t leave without having FOOD .. The Food Heaven have it all you want and this round, we had our kick of Penang Food in 1997 Cofffeshop in Paya Terubong. Established back in 1997, they are serving the variety of good food which one should not missed. They have all- from char koay teow, apam, chicken rice, char hor fan, curry mee and more.
We start kick our meal with the lovely curry mee (RM 3.80) with give a kick of spiciness with the fragrant blend of curry paste with it. A lovely portion filled with the “tao bok”, and some cuttlefish with it.
Next is the Lor Mee (RM 3.80) comes with the creamy base of “lor” and served with braised chicken feet and garlic paste together with some chilly. It is indeed burst your sensation with the fragrant garlic paste and the chilly brings you with the robust taste.
The Koay Teow Soup (RM 3.80) comes simply normal and there is not much to shout about.
