InterContinental® Kuala Lumpur unveils their latest culinary promotion entitled IHG Culinary Journey from 17 August to 15 November 2015 as part of the InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) commitment to constantly evolve and improve its F&B offerings. The IHG Culinary Panel has been created to provide guests with truly unforgettable and exceptional global dining experiences in its properties across Australia, Middle Eastern and Asia (AMEA).

Representing some of the world’s best gastronomic minds, the new IHG Culinary Panel currently consists of seven renowned award winning celebrity chefs specialising in a variety of cuisines, known individually as IHG Culinary Ambassadors:

Professional baker and award-winning author of twelve cookbooks
• Ian Kittichai (Thai Cuisine)

Each of the Culinary Ambassadors have experienced their own culinary journey; their individual journey in becoming celebrity chefs. The IHG Culinary Journey promotion will describe each of these culinary journey such as Theo Randall’s childhood trips to Italy or Sam Leong learning Cantonese cuisine from his father, through the 125 unique signature dishes developed by each of the seven celebrated chefs with the support from IHG Food and Beverage teams across AMEA.
The chefs at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur hotel have specially hand-picked the culinary masterpieces into two or three-course menus, attuned to the style of discerning local tastes. The IHG Culinary Journey menu changes every two weeks, each time with one of the seven Culinary Ambassador’s menu featured in Serena Brasserie, Tao Chinese Cuisine or Tatsu Japanese Cuisine. The Culinary Journey promotion comes with recommended cocktails and wines, where a second glass or bottle of wine is complimentary with every order of a three-course menu from the IHG Culinary Journey promotion.
