THE AMAZING REALM OF MOUNT TAI : WANDA REALM TAIAN OPENS ON AUGUST 21, 2015

August 24, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Wanda Realm Taian celebrates its grand opening today as the 77th hotel by Wanda Hotels & Resorts. It is also the 30th Wanda Realm hotel to open in China and the 41st hotel wholly owned and managed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts. As Shandong’s fourth hotel launched by Wanda Hotels & Resorts under the Wanda Realm brand, the hotel sets a new benchmark for premium accommodations and attentive service in Taian city with its signature hospitality experience driven by “Warm, Comfortable, Efficient”

Wanda Realm Taian is conveniently located in the city’s central business district and forms part of the Wanda Plaza Complex, right next to the Taishan International Conference & Exhibition Centre. The hotel is within walking distance of the Taian Arts & Cultural Centre and Taian Municipal People’s Government building, and a mere 10 minutes’ drive from the Taian railway station as well as to the entrance to Mount Tai.

The hotel’s 283 stylish guest rooms and suites are located between its 25th to 37th floors, with room sizes starting at a spacious 40 square meters, all offering magnificent views of Taian City, with select rooms enjoying uninterrupted views of Mount Tai. All rooms feature the signature “Bed of Realm”, as well as “Dream Catcher” services which include calming fragrances, music and bedtime reading materials to help ease guests into a good night’s sleep. All guest rooms feature opulent bathrooms with a rainfall shower, standing bathtub and luxury toiletries.

For dining, Wanda Realm Taian offers guests an unforgettable culinary journey with a choice of elegant restaurants. Café Realm provides all-day dining with several interactive cooking stations, where a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes can be made to-order. The ZHEN Chinese restaurant combines Cantonese and modern Lu creations, along with the finest local cuisine Shandong has to offer. Rounding out the selection is Chili & Pepper, which offers authentic Sichuan cuisine and other spicy delicacies, and The Lobby Lounge where light refreshments are served all-day, from fresh coffee in the morning to afternoon tea and evening cocktails. For guests who wish to dine in the privacy of their room, delicious meals are just a phone call away with the “24-hrs Selections” in-room dining menu.

From large-scale events accommodating hundreds of guests, to intimate occasions for select VIP guests, Wanda Realm Taian has the perfect event venue for all guests. For the ultimate statement in elegance and prestige, the Grand Ballroom is Taian city’s finest, offering 1,200 square meters of pillar-free space with a majestic nine-meter height ceiling height, and a massive 85 square meter LED screen. All meeting and banquet venues, including seven separate private meeting rooms, feature the latest audio-visual and multimedia facilities, as well as complimentary high-speed Internet access.

Last but not least, the hotel also features a fitness center, indoor heated swimming pool and executive lounge, delivering holistic facilities of the highest standards to complement the warmth and comfort of the guest experience, whether they are traveling for business or pleasure.

“The two characters in ‘Taian’ are derived from the phrase ‘peace and prosperity’, and Taian is situated in the burgeoning Shandong province, a renowned cultural holiday destination and home to Mount Tai, called “the first mountain in the world”. We are very proud to bring the Wanda Realm brand to Taian and provide an outstanding hotel stay experience for the affluent traveler,” said Wanda Realm Taian General Manager Mr. Grant Thompson.

To celebrate the grand opening, Wanda Realm Taian is offering special introductory rates for a limited period. From now until December 31st, 2015, Deluxe Room rate is priced at RMB 598 per night; the Wanda Romance Wedding package rates will start from RMB 1,688 per table; and any purchase of ten Café Realm buffet vouchers will receive an additional five vouchers for free.
