Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Mango and Kiwi Sauce (RM 43++)
Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Mango and Kiwi Sauce  is where it is drizzled in mango and kiwi sauce which brings us with a refreshing blend of taste. The crispy bites of the soft shell crab together with the crispy bites of the prawn rolls wrapped together with kiwi and mango comes uniquely delicious.

Double boiled Chicken Soup with Conpoy, Papaya and Snow Fungus
A healthy soup – Double boiled Chicken Soup with Conpoy, Papaya and Snow Fungus is indeed soothing and sweet where the papaya is being double boiled together with the dried scallops, chicken and snow fungus together.

Pan seared Scallop with Blueberry and Apricot (RM58++)
Graciously presented on the table, I love how it is done where the huge round scallops is being topped with the blueberry with the sweet tangy apricot sauce together. I love the sweetness combined with the sourish salty blend of the dish.
TAI THONG MOONCAKE 2015
Stuffed Prawn with palm Sugar and Fresh Orange (RM38++)
The pluppy fresh prawns which is topped with the stuffed minced prawns with fish paste comes simply flavourful and robust flavours. Coated with the sweet palm sauce. Nice!
TAI THONG MOONCAKE 2015

The light spiciness pineapple fried rice comes in generous portion. Every mouthful is good with the bites of the pineapple cubes together with the vegetarian floss.
