SUMMER COOL SENSATION AT V BAR & LOUNGE OF REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL

Summer is here! What’s more refreshing than icy desserts and summer drinks? Our Pastry Chef and Beverage Manager have selected seasonal fruits to meticulously prepare eight choices of fabulous temptations for your summer enjoyment at V bar & lounge. Come savour the delectable selections and enjoy a simply relaxing summer break!

Icy Desserts
Incorporating tropical fruits and finest ingredients, Chef has prepared various kinds of hand-crafted icy desserts, including tropical-flavoured Piña Colada (Pineapple Mousse Cake, Caramel Pineapple and Coconut Sherbet), rich and creamy Red and Green (Japanese Red Bean, Green Tea Cheese Cake and Green Tea Ice-cream) and fruit-filled Berries Fantasia (Mixed Berries Jelly, Berries Compote and Strawberry Ice-cream). For those chocolate fans, Chocolate Mountain (Chocolate Brownie, Caramel Banana and Rocky Road Ice-cream) certainly offers a delightful holiday boost.

Refreshing Drinks
To further cool you off, this promotion also features a diverse array of refreshing drinks. Blending with quality tea and seasonal fruits, the summer drinks bring you a truly refreshing sensation. Special highlights include Summer Berry (Strawberry Mango Tea, Ginger Ale and Grenadine), Green Tea Mojito (Green Tea Mint, Lime and Mint Leaf), Earl Grey Rose (Earl Grey Tea, Lychee and Fresh Milk) and Crispy Punch (Breakfast Tea, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice). All these kid-friendly and adult-pleasing drinks are perfect treats on hot days.

V bar & lounge is a cozy rendezvous to relax and chill, serving a large variety of vodkas, refreshing cocktails and snacks with live entertainment. An alfresco seating area is available for guests to enjoy the breeze.
