Melons are always the best pick for summer that perfectly match with most of the ingredients. Chef’s recommendations include Braised Abalone with Fuzzy Melon and Sweet Corn, Braised Pork Belly with Bitter Gourd and Sautéed Bottle Gourd with Dried Shrimps. Bewitched by the exquisite creations from our culinary team, Sautéed Sliced Duck with Jelly Fish and Zucchini is designed as a flying butterfly to both please your eye and taste buds.
