AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS IN THE NEW KFC MASAK MERAH RICE WRAP

August 5, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

KFC Malaysia has created a unique twist to their well-received Zinger Rice Wrap, incorporating the delicious traditional Masak Merah sauce in the new KFC Masak Merah Rice Wrap.

“The new product is all about a wholesome on-the-go meal that includes our very own local favourite flavour, Masak Merah. We are glad to be able to provide our customers, especially the teens and young working adults a chance to savour the taste of home in between their hectic schedules,” said Ahmad Taufek Omar, Chief Digital Marketing & Information Technology, KFC Malaysia.

The new KFC Masak Merah Rice Wrap is KFC’s all-time favourite Zinger strips wrapped in warm toasted tortilla bread, packed with Colonel Rice, fresh tomatoes, onions, crunchy cucumbers and Masak Merah sauce. The Masak Merah sauce has a beautiful combination of sweet and spicy flavours, just like the authentic flavour of Ayam Masak Merah. The Masak Merah Rice Wrap makes for an appetizing complete meal that is not just portable, but mess free.
For the first time, KFC Malaysia is offering its Rice Wrap range in a Jumbo size (10.5 inch tortilla) for only RM6.90* a la carte. For a bigger eat, customers can opt for the Jumbo size Masak Merah Rice Wrap in a combo that comes with regular fries and a newly introduced drink, 7Up Lemon & Mint in an affordable price of just RM8.90*.
For extra value, customers can also opt for the Super Jimat Rice Wrap Box, which consists of a Junior (6.5 inch tortilla) size Masak Merah Rice Wrap, one piece of Original Recipe or Hot & Spicy chicken, one Crispier Fries (small), and one carbonated drink for an incredibly affordable price of just RM9.45!
So make your way to the nearest KFC today and enjoy the new KFC Masak Merah Rice Wrap which is now available starting from 3 August, while stocks last.
(* A la Carte and Combo prices may vary by location.)
