Bangkok, The Reflexions’ modern French restaurant presents the latest edition of its englightening series of monthly Wine + Dine New Perspective evenings, starring fine French wines meticulously selected by one of the most distinguished brands in the business – Barton & Guestier.

Add to these a three-course menu of the cuisine they inspire in the restaurant’s gifted chefs led by Michelin-star experienced Chef Mark Ian Jones, and an intriguing evening is set to unfold.

With expertise that guarantees constant quality, vintage after vintage, Barton & Guestier is a byword for fine French wines. With a range reflecting the full diversity of French wines, from Bordeaux to the Rhône, it entices the occasional wine drinker and connoisseur alike on a grand tour of the key pays.

The evening begins with an exclusive Wine Tasting at The Reflexions’ casual Mezzanine, after which guests will descend to the chic restaurant for a 03-course dinner of the cuisine they inspire.

THB 2,100 net per person.  (1) complimentary bottle of wine for two paying guests.

Wines to be tasted include: Barton & Guestier Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot, Medoc 2010; Chateau Magnol, Merlot, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, AOC Haut-Medoc, Cru Bougeois, and; Barton&Guestier, Chadonnay, Chablis.

Plus 1725 Bordeaux Reserve Red, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, AOC Bordeaux, and 1725 Bordeaux Reserve, White, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, AOC Bordeaux  will accompany the gourmet dinner.

• An appetizer choice of Chicken Liver + Foie Gras Parfait/Red Onion Marmalade/Toasted Pain Epice

OR Seared Tiger Prawn/Apple Ginger Puree/Crisp Endive Salad/Serrano Wafer.

• Mains – guests may select from Pan-fried Breast of Cherry Duck/Fondant Potato/Red Cabbage Puree/Lavender + Honey Jus OR Line-caught Sea Bass/Baby Vegetables/Green Lip Mussels Cream Sauce.

• Dessert – Oven-roasted Pineapple/White Chocolate/Macerated Strawberry/Black Pepper/Basil

OR Assiette of Lemon Desserts/Passionfruit Tart/Lemon Posset/Lychee Sorbet.
