TI CHEN
Ti Chen . The Saujana KL brings you a more exciting menu where we are being pampered with the signature dish from the new Executive Chinese Chef.
TI CHEN

At that night we were showcased with some of his award winning and signature dishes from his Signature Dishes and Gold Award Winning Menu from The World Chef Competition 2015, Shanghai.
TI CHEN

To start off; we are being served with Deep fried scallops with banana and taro paste (RM8 per piece, min 4 pc) where the alike wu kok delights brings you with the crispy bites at the outside while at the inside you can taste the moist and juicy scallops texture. The combination comes simply unique with the combination of the sweet taste of banana and the moist blend of the taro. Topped with ebiko on top.
TI CHEN
We also had the Roasted chicken roll with Korean BBQ sauce (RM38) where the chicken roll is being marinated for 2 hours in a sauce made with with a vegetable based stock. It comes simply good with the light kick of spiciness and the crispy skin with the juicy meat. Such an indulgence.
TI CHEN
Double Boiled Village Chicken with Maw Soup (RM 88)
A bowl of the warm and hearty soup comes simply nutritious where the soup comes awesomely good. The flavourful soup which is boiled for 8 hours with the meat fall off the bones and the taste of ginseng is superbly good. A hint of the heavy ginseng can be tasted and it comes more luxurious with the fish maw and scallops added into it.
TI CHEN
Steamed Cod Fish with Chinese Herbs(RM35/100gm)

Gracefully presented with the touch of art, the steamed cod fish comes simply delicious. The thick slice of cod fish being steam with a light layer of porridge in fused with Chinese herbs. Topped with supreme soy sauce with it. I love the eggy brooth and the velvety texture of the brooth. Delicious!

TI CHEN
Homemade Apple Wood Chip Smoked Flavoured Roasted Duck (RM68/half, RM118/whole)
A perfectly done roasted duck which is marinated and roasted well makes my tummy drolling when it is served. The moist duck meat with the hint of char -grilled taste in it is served with chef signature sauce in it. The meat was tender and firm with the hint of smoky smell in it.

TI CHEN
Butter Garlic Fried Rice with Crab Meat

The garlic fried rice is served wih the shape of a ball and with the fried egg below. The moist rice is simply good and fragrant with the hint of crab meat and garlic taste in it.
TI CHEN
Sam’s Coffee Pudding

Bringing you the fragrant indulgence of coffee, Sam’s Coffee Pudding is indeed well made till perfection with the smooth textures. With the combination of 2 types of coffee, the taste is amazingly good and at the right taste. Once a spoon of the coffee pudding, let it melts in the mouth and it brings a great indulgence.

Baked Homemade Almond Cream Bun
The bun is crisp at the outside and soft in the inside. The blend of the almond taste is strong too.
