“IN LOVE WITH DURIAN” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET AT PARK CAFÉ OF PARK HOTEL HONG KONG

A new afternoon tea buffet with the theme of “Durian” awaits you at Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong in this summer. The buffet highlights a selection of refreshing and glamorous durian cuisines to satisfy your appetite and cool you down!

“In Love with Durian” Afternoon Tea Buffet incorporates the best quality of seasonal durian and ingredients with masterful cooking skills of our chefs, showcases the most tantalizing delicacies for your enjoyment. Signature dishes are Durian, Mango and Fresh Shrimp Toast, Japanese Durian Mousse Cup with Crab Roe and Deep-fried Bacon and Cheese Ball with Durian. What’s more, various durian desserts are also meticulously prepared by our Pastry Chef, such as cooked-to-order Durian Soufflé, Durian Cheesecake and Mini Durian and Strawberry Tart, are perfectly available at our dessert counter to please your palate.

Apart from the durian delicacies, we have specially prepared a range of exquisite dishes too. Under the spotlight is the cooked-to-order Vietnam Noodle in Soup. A vast array of noodles, ingredients and soup bases are available for diners’ selection, so that diners can chow down on a bowl of noodles cooked in the most preferred way. Other recommendations are Assorted Sashimi and Sushi Rolls, various Salads and sweet tooth’s hot picks, such as Pancake, Waffle, Snowy Ice served with Fresh Fruits, Wild Strawberry Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu Blueberry Tart, Baileys Cheesecake, Assorted Fresh Fruits, Ice cream and more are now available to promise you the deepest satisfaction.
