FRESH WATER PRAWN AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT OF ONE WORLD HOTEL, PETALING JAYA

July 31, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

1- 31 August 2015

Redefine your dining experience at One World Hotel where chefs surprise and delight you with their mastery. If you’re on the hunt for delicious fresh water prawn, look no further than Zuan Yuan Chinese restaurant as we are adding it to our repertoire of exceptional menu this month.

Prawn lovers will be right at home as Executive Chinese Chef, Michael Chew and his team of culinary experts offer 5 mouth – watering creations to satisfy the most intrepid epicureans. Known for its luscious taste, size and texture, relish in specialties such as Fried Fresh Water Prawn with Superior Stock, Steamed Fresh Water Prawn with XO Sauce and Glass Noodles, Poached Water Prawn with Herbal or “Vietnamese” Curry in Claypot and Wok Fried Water Prawn with Black Beans and Chilli Sauce.

As its name suggest, Zuan Yuan – treasure trove of gems in Chinese – brings authentic Cantonese touch to gourmet food in Petaling Jaya. With silver leaf ceilings, elegant chandeliers, ebony doors and artefacts of wine jars, this is one restaurant that can make diners feel like they are dining within walls of the lush China palaces.
Striving to deliver dishes that will simply enthrall, Chef’s recommendations from the a la carte menu include Crispy Soft Shell Crab Cooked with Pepper Salt and Golden Fried Garlic “Hong Kong Style”, Deep Fried Baby Duck with Chinese Herbs in Abalone Sauce, Buddha Jumps over the Wall, Pan Fried Cod Fish with Braised Morel Mushroom and Black Fungus in Oyster Sauce with a touch of Truffle Oil and Chilled Lemon Grass Jelly with Lime and Aloe Vera.

The Fresh Water Prawn promotion is priced from at RM91nett per portion. It is available throughout the month for lunch and dinner. For more information, please call 603 7681 1159 or email to [email protected] .
