A FLAVOURFUL TASTE OF THE MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL @ JW MARRIOTT HOTEL HONG KONG

The Mid-Autumn Festival is fast approaching, the Executive Chinese Chef Ip Kwok Fai at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong is pleased to present a selection of exquisitely crafted mooncakes to welcome and celebrate the festivity with family and friends. Available for sale from 1 August to 25 September 2015, place any orders before 20 August 2015 to enjoy 20% discount. Gift certificates are also available.

Inspired by the culture of family reunion in Chinese tradition and the joy of sharing, Chef Ip brings the unique 8-inch Royal Supreme, with Ginger, White Lotus Seed Paste and 8 Egg Yolks Mooncakes (HK$598 for 1 piece per box), which is ideal to share for 6 to 10 persons. A distinctive combination of ginger and high quality lotus seed caters for those who prefer light yet delectable flavour.

Back by popular demand is the signature Mini Traditional White Lotus Seed Paste with Egg Yolk Mooncakes (HK$498 for 4 pieces per box). Filled with smooth and decadent white lotus seed paste, the festive delight is baked to perfection in authentic Chinese recipe.

The Mini Custard with Egg Yolk Mooncakes (HK$598 for 8 pieces per box) feature rich and sweet custard as well as soft outer skin, making it a tasty treat during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Each flavour is presented in a new elegantly designed gift box with individually wrapped mooncakes to ensure optimum freshness. Collection period for mooncakes is from 1 August to 25 September 2015.
