July 1, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Ming Garden Hotel & Residences is offering a wealth of local & international specialties for a whole month at the Golden Dew Bistro’s ‘Berbuka Sambil Beramal’ BBQ Buffet this Ramadhan. Do your bit for charity as you dine here at the Golden Dew Bistro as every RM2.00 spent (per diner) will be donated to a local orphanage home, Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim As-Sakinah, here in Papar Sabah.

Feast under the soaring ceilings of the fancy bistro with signature dishes includes Nasi Beriyani, Nasi Goreng Kerabu Kantan, Deep Fried Crispy Boneless Sesame Chicken, Lamb Curry, Rendang Tok, Nangka Masak Lemak Ikan Masin, Oxtail Assam Pedas, Creamy Butter Prawn, Tempeh Sambal Petai, Gado-Gado, and a whole range of exquisite international desserts with features of local Malaysians cakes such as Kuih Wajid, Kuih Puteri Mandi, Pulut Panggang, Kuih Koci and Kuih Bingka Jagung.

See our talented chefs live in action as they cook, grill, pick and toss their way into your hungry stomachs. The buffet promotion showcases 5 live action stalls located outdoors with local selections of the state’s freshest seafood, tantalizing chicken, beef and lamb skewers complimented with ketupat and unlimited refills of peanut sauce; barbequed and grilled western cuisines, and the world famous Penang Char Kueh Teow.

The Ramadan BBQ Buffet promotion is priced at RM 99.00 Nett per adult and RM 49.50 Nett per child starting from 6.30 PM up until 10.30 PM every night from 18 June to 17 July 2015.
