You know all the stresses after days of hardwork before the vacation that had caught up you when the muscles on your shoulder and neck felt tight and tense. Sitting for long hours at my workdesk during the lengthy journey that can cause these aches and pains to escalate and ultimately take a serious act on your mental stable and physical well being. While there are plenty of ways to ease your mind and body off stress, we found out massage and spa indeed brings us a great relaxation.

Exhausted from all day long of meeting and beach time, we walked in with a stiff neck and tight shoulder. As we took our seats at the reception area, and we are being recommended to a 60 minutes package where we had the Aromatic Body Bliss Massage (RM 245). With high hopes, we followed our therapist through a dimly lit corridor pipped in with the soothing music and the spacious treatment room. Oce inside, our therapist gave us to smell the theraphy oil and choose to the one with our preference. The 60 minute Aromatic Bodly Massage is highly recommended. This is a treatment what we love to have where it is so fantastic for an immediate muscle relief and pain, this deep tissue massage was also successful at gradually breaking up our long term muscle knots. It was pure bliss! Using the fragrant aromatic oil, we could feel the experts hands of our therapist kneading and massaging our sourness away.
Interwined with the massage was the Warm Stone treatment. When combined with the Sweedish Massage, this is simply amazing sedative effect where it can help to ease chronic pain and soreness so quickly. Not just helping us to relax but it believed to aid expansion of blood vessels and to encourage blood flow through the body.
Before we knew, our 60 minutes were up. And it would be enough. However, we are indeed enjoy and our heavy tight shoulder massage is all gone and we are feeling simply relaxed. We ended with the sipped of the complimentary ginger tea.
