Every year, during Ramadan month, Iftar with family, relatives and friends is the occasion most awaited by all Muslims in Malaysia as it’s a time to get together. Occasionally, many will choose t break their fast outside with loved ones and colleagues. Synonymous with the month of Ramadan, the “Buka Puasa” buffet featuring a wide selection of food has also become one of the cultural attractions among the different communities in Malaysia. Communities of different races and religions will gather together to celebrate this special month. This is a unique culture found only in Malaysia. So, this year, The Everly Putrajaya has chosen the theme “Taste of Traditional 1 Malaysia Cuisine” which showcases the diversity of Malaysia.

From the 22 June 2015 to 14 July 2015, you’ll get to enjoy the buffet spread at RM108.00 nett per adult, RM54.00 nett/child.

Our team of professional chefs, with their different skills and long years of experience are cooking up a storm this fasting month, offering a lavish buffet with over 100 local delicacies daily. This unique buffet spread is featuring traditional delicacies of Malay, Indian, Chinese, Nyonya and Eurasian origins, which will surely captivate the taste buds of our guests. Among the special menu items during the Ramadan are the Old Cucumber Chicken Curry, Mutton Varuval Massala, Mamak Honey Lemon Chicken, Spicy Mutton Soup, Buttered Prawns with Oats, Fried Beef with Onion and Ginger and “Kung Po” Calamari. Not to forget is our Chef’s signature “Mutton Kuzi” accompanied with Rainbow Rice and Everly Bubur Lambuk.

The grand feast will also features a colorful collection of “Gerai”, local stalls, serving all-time favorites such as Satay, Ikan Panggang, “Kambing Golek”, “Roti Canai”, “Sharwama” and many more. Not to be missed is the unique selling point of our Ramadan buffet, “The stir fried counter”.
