RICE DUMPLINGS GALORE AT XIN CUISINE @ CONCORDE KL

Tuck into all-time favourite rice dumplings at Xin Cuisine from June 8 – 20, 2015. This traditional Chinese food is served during the annual ‘Duanwu’ Festival or Dragon Boat Festival which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the lunar year.

Glutinous rice dumplings or also known as ‘zongzi’ is a traditional Chinese food, made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo, reed or other large flat leaves. This delicacy is then steamed or boiled to perfection. Available in both savoury and sweet versions.

Xin Cuisine has specially prepared three types of dumplings. Supreme dumpling contain superior ingredients like smoked oyster, roast pork, dried shrimp, lotus seed, chestnut, mushroom, roasted duck and salted egg yolk. Savoury dumpling contains pork belly, Japanese mushroom, chestnut meat, mei tau and salted egg yolk while chicken Nyonya dumpling has mushroom, pork meat and dried shrimp.

Available for eat-in or take-away. Enjoy Xin selections of dumpling either for lunch or dinner at RM22.00 nett – RM39.00 nett per no. For orders, please call 2144 2200 extn 2338 or 2144 8750 (direct line).
