W RETREAT & SPA – MALDIVES PRESENTS ‘FIT WITH TARA STILES’ PACKAGE

June 5, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Limited Edition Getaway Package curated by Yoga Rebel Tara Stiles

Earlier this month, W Hotels Worldwide announced the launch of its first ever fitness program, FIT with Tara Stiles, to all 45 of the W brand’s cutting-edge hotels and resorts around the world.  In partnership with the industry’s yoga rebel, FIT with Tara Stiles flips the traditional idea of fitness on its head with a non-traditional approach to working out while on the road. With this partnership, guests of W Hotels will be able to experience a curated in-room workout video designed for the needs of the W traveler, in-room tip cards with quick fixes to get camera-ready in a flash, allowing guests to polish their body and mindset in a uniquely W way.

As well as offering an exclusive fitness program, Tara Stiles will be hosting a series of elite retreats in exclusive locations, including W Maldives. This retreat is set to give W guests the chance to enjoy a program of balanced meals, tailored spa sessions in some of W’s most idyllic retreat and most importantly, Strala yoga sessions – curated and hosted by Tara Stiles herself.

Taking place in the sublime setting of W Retreat & Spa – Maldives during 1-4 December, this indulgent FIT with Tara Stiles package will be filled with a variety of aquatic activities, such as parasailing and scuba diving in the azure waters of the North Ari Atoll. Guests will be treated to relaxing meditation sessions and sunset yoga sessions with Tara Stiles both on the resort’s luxury yacht, ESCAPE, and on Gaathafushi, the lush private island which forms part of W Retreat & Spa – Maldives’ appeal to the jet set.
• Available from 1-4 December 2014, the three day programme FIT with Tara Stiles at W RETREAT & SPA – MALDIVES package starts from USD$2,040 per night and includes accommodation, three-course dinner curated by Tara Stiles, yoga sessions, spa treatments and activities www.wretreatmaldives.com
To book and for more information visit www.whotels.com/fitwithtarastiles

Until 1 July, people sharing a picture of themselves performing a yoga pose on Twitter and Instagram (@WHotels) with the hashtag #PoseWhenever will have the chance to win a coveted spot at the FIT with Tara Stiles retreat at W Retreat & Spa Bali – Seminyak.
