RAMADHAN BUFFET AT G CAFÉ @ G HOTEL GURNEY

G Hotel Gurney tagged as “Experiences … Stylishly” emerges as an urban icon in the hustling busy Gurney Drive of Penang and boasts 312 tastefully designed rooms that offer you the best quality during your stay. In addition to that, it also accommodates five trendy and stylish food and beverage outlets – G Café, G Lounge, G Spot, G Pool Bar and Tree Bar that are set to fulfil guests’ gastronomic appetites.

Located in the acclaimed, modern and stylish G Hotel Gurney, G Café – All Day Dining is known for its succulent dinner buffets nightly and modern setting. Designed in comfortable and stylish interiors, G Café serves a wide selection of delectable international cuisine and local savouries. With an atmosphere that tantalizes the sights just as much as the food, the only thing you’ll be saying is “Bon Appetit”.

G Café introduces its new Executive Sous Chef, Arnold Miranda. He brings more than 20 years of international experiences to his role, having worked with some of the highly regarded chefs. Chef Arnold & Chef Azman (Demi Chef) work hand in hand to create a lavish selection of Malay delicacies for the Buka Puasa Dinner Buffet.

This holy month of Ramadhan, G Café offers abundance of delicious delights specially prepared by our culinary experts with traditional Malay and Asian cuisine. Priced at RM115 per adult, Rasa-Rasa Malaysia Dinner Buffet is available daily starting from 18 June – 16 July 2015, 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Following that, Sajian Istana Hari Raya Aidilfitri Lunch and Dinner are priced at RM115 and RM150 respectively available on the 17 & 18 July 2015.

The stars of the appetizer line is Ulam-Ulaman, Assorted Kerabu and Pickles Fruits. Meanwhile, Chef Azman makes the most authentic Sup Ekor and Bubur Lambok. Some of the special recommendations by Chef Arnold are; Nasi Briyani, Beef Rendang, Kambing Kurma Tanjung, Sotong Hitam Manis, Perut Masak Lemak Chili Api, Gulai Udang Lemak Nenas, Ketam Balado and Ikan Pedas Asam. Surprise you palate with the daily action stall featuring Roti Jala with Chicken Curry, Mee Udang, Pisang Goreng and Cucur Udang. All these offerings will be featured on different days throughout the whole month of Ramadhan.

Save some space for desserts while you indulge in the spread because G Café also offers mouth-watering desserts such as Durian Mousse Cake, Pudding Jagung, Agar-Agar Cendol and Peanut Butter Cake from the pastry experts. On top of that, the buffet also features chocolate fountain with assorted fruits and ice cream.

In another sister hotel, G Hotel Kelawai also offers Jamu Selera Dinner Buffet. Choose from various buka puasa favourites including Nasi Impit, Sotong Berempah Kuala Perlis, Udang Goreng Sambal Petai, Sago Gula Melaka and Pengat Pisang. Priced at RM115 per adult, the dinner buffet is available daily starting from 18 June – 16 July 2015, 6.30pm – 10.30pm. Following that, Riang Raya Lunch and Dinner are priced at RM92 and RM115 respectively available on the 17 & 18 July 2015.

Both G Hotel also offers Ramadhan Meeting Package from RM105 per person onwards. This package includes the usage of a conference hall for up till eight hours, free wi-fi internet and also complimentary fitness session, head and shoulder massage and usage of Nintendo Wii. This will allow participants to have a break after sessions of meetings.

Private Buka Puasa Dinner Buffet is priced at RM75 per person. With a minimum persons of 30, this dinner buffet is inclusive of free flow air bandung, individually packed red dates and usage of surau. Both the Private Buka Puasa Dinner and Ramadhan Meeting Package are available till the end of July 2015.

In addition to make your Ramadhan better, the Ramadhan Room Package offers you modern and stylish room accommodation from only RM646. The benefits include free WiFi throughout the hotel and non-alcoholic mini bar with chocolate bar on daily replenishment. Enjoy the hotel’s breakfast or sahur as part of the getaway packages or opt for a Ramadhan Buka Puasa Buffet Dinner. Staying period is from 18 June to 16 July 2014.
