Wine or Champagne (non-alcoholic juices and sodas are also available).
– Two seatings: 1st seating from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm ; 2nd seating from 2:00 to 4:00 pm
– Kids’ corner: 12 noon to 4:00 pm

From the brunch menu, dim sum lovers will be spoilt for choice with over twenty delicate handmade sweet and savory dim sum items available, including the Steamed Wagyu Beef Dumpling with Mushrooms, Onions and Black Pepper Sauce, the Baked Flaky Pastry with Barbecue Chicken coated with Sesame Sauce, and the Deep-fried Cod, Scallop, Shrimp and Mayonnaise wrapped with Filo. Savour the variety of Chef’s Specialties and best-selling seafood, meat, rice and noodle dishes with delicious nuances in flavors from our talented Chefs.
