In this holy month, there will be a variety of places for buka puasa and this year Vasco’s at KL Hilton brings you an incredible and huge offering spreding you with the Malay sensation as well as international cuisine. From from 18 June till 16 July 2015, Chef Faizal Ghani creates a modern twist on the otherwise traditional ensemble, of a Ramadan Bazaar.

Bringing you with 150 dishes; the buffet is spread at RM 184 nett per pax and you can definitely pamper your tummy with all the variety of choices from the local delights, Chinese Cuisine, Japanese and more.

Bringing you a great dining experience, Vasco will turn to be alike a traditional Bazaar Ramadhan Stalls, where you can romanticly enjoy the delicious Malay classic dishes with a slight modern twist.

Started with the appetizers where you can grab the delicious sensation from the Hati Ayam Goreng Berbawang, Kerabu Daging Bakar, and also the appetizing ulam ulaman.

Not to be missed inclusive the Vasco Special Counter includes Puyuh goreng and Assam pedas Melaka station. Not just that, savour their Chef Faizal’s favourite dishes such as the Sauteed Chicken Liver with Onion, Dried Chicken & Beef Floss (Hati Ayam Goreng Bebawang, Serunding Ayam &Daging.

More to go in their buffet spread includes the Fresh Water Red Tilapia Deep- fried with Spicy Onion and Chili Paste (Ikan Tilapia Merah Goreng Berlado) and the Simmered Catfish in fermented durian coconut gravy, also known as Ikan Sembilang Masak Lemak Tempoyak is a must-try. Main Courses include, the Sambal udang petai, ‘Vasco’ special ayam golek, Telur itik masak lemak cili padi, Rendang kepah utara and Solok lada bersama kuah percik.

In here, I am falling in love with the briyani rice which is indeed well done with the fluffy texture.

For those who are a big fans of seafood, they have seafood on the ice which is indeed something to look forward.

Never leave without trying their desserts. The desserts station is filled with variety of tasty kuih muih and not to be missed is their Apam Balik station. Comes with a variety condiments to top u which includes the Sweet corn, sugar, chopped nuts, pulut hitam, nutella, peanut butter and kaya.
