BUFFET CITARASA MALAYSIA @ – SALOMA THEATRE RESTAURANT

Kampung style dishes, authentic specialities from various states will surely tempt one’s tastebuds. So, head to Saloma for some great food from June 18 – July 16, 2015.

Cosy surroundings at the colonial ‘home’ building seems the ideal place to have your family together and breaking fast with great offerings. This year’s buffet concept highlights specialities is served buffet style with attractive hawker-style a la minute offerings.

Starters or pembuka selera include rojak buah, pecal Jawa, acar nenas, kerabu of sorts and bubur lambuk ayam.  Amongst the delicious mains are udang masak lemak cili api, ketam masak lemak nenas, ikan keli berlada, ikan patin masak tempoyak, daging rendang minang, ayam golek Terengganu, asam pedas ikan pari, ikan kari utara, sotong goreng dengan telur masin,

Most sought after vegetable dishes for breaking fast – keladi asam rebus, sayur nangka ikan masin, pucuk ubi ikan bilis and sambal terung. Famous laksa from Johor, Penang and flavourful laksa Sarawak will also be a highlight.

Festively lit stalls at the lounge area serves goreng-goreng station with samosa, keropok lekor, next is the aneka sup pilihan, roti John, tosai, yong tau foo, chicken shawarma, roasted whole of lamb. Also added into the buffet menu each night will be the specialities like briyani, stewed lamb shank, baked fish with cheese, lamb vindaloo and others.

If you wish to have private venues for buka puasa, the restaurant is able to meet your needs. Two private areas like the Theatre and Bistro can accommodate up to 350 and 100 persons respectively. While the outdoor area has a seating capacity of 210 persons. Saloma is located within the vicinity of Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC) with ample parking space and surau is also available.

Price : RM100.00 nett per person (dinner with cultural show)
RM85.00 nett per person (dinner only)
