Café將於2015年5月9及10日推出皇室母親節套餐及限量Fairy Cake仙子杯,誠邀大家跟媽媽一起前來The Royal Touch Bakery Café,在充滿優雅皇室氣氛的環境中,細意品嚐我們精心設計的英式美食,共享溫馨時刻!

母親節精緻英式美食
媽媽平日悉心照料我們,就讓我們花點心思,邀請媽媽輕鬆地享受一頓精緻的英式皇室餐宴吧﹗由英國皇室前御廚Carolyn Robb (嘉洛琳.羅寶)
創立的The Royal Touch,於今年引進香港的品牌餐廳The Royal Touch Bakery
Café將於2015年5月9及10日推出皇室母親節套餐,套餐包括清新鮮嫩的沙律作頭盤,再為您端上以全天然材料烹調的熱湯,更有4款主菜供選擇,其中的皇室煙燻英國Dingley
Dell農場豬胺扒配金巴利果醬更是餐廳的招牌菜,採用知名健康農場的「快樂小豬」,烹調至7成熟帶來最佳的滋味,肉質柔軟多汁,入口甜美富彈性,令人一試難忘。

限量母親節Fairy Cake仙子杯
大家所熟識的杯子蛋糕 (Cup Cake) 其實是美式叫法,英式稱為 “Fairy Cake”,代表著它們的精巧和優美造型。普遍的杯子蛋糕
(Cup Cake) 餅底只有一種口味,再於餅底之上加以不同口味的點綴;而The Royal Touch Fairy
Cake仙子杯的餅底則要求要與每款味道達至一致,這種細緻及嚴謹的要求,就是皇室御廚Carolyn
Robb多年對美食烹調的堅持。母親節限量版於4款精選Fairy Cake加上尊貴別緻的手袋造型裝飾,令這個精巧的甜點更見矜貴。
