THE CHAMPAGNE BAR : SWEET, SAVORY AND BUBBLES AFTERNOON SET

 Enjoy a bubble-filled Afternoon Set in the serene setting of The Champagne Bar of Mira Moon Hotel at only $198 + 10% service charge per person.

Boasting views over Victoria Harbor, The Champagne Bar of Mira Moon Hotel is located in bustling Causeway Bay, just a short stroll from the premier shopping delights of Hong Kong Island.

The Sweet, Savory and Bubbles Afternoon Set comprise of a 3 tier tower set. The lower deck showcases crumbly scones with classical clotted cream and homemade jam, and freshly baked mini cupcakes. The middle deck displays an impressive array of confections including mini choux, colourful macarons, petit fours and financier.

Finally, the upper deck features a generous plate of savories such as Portobello sliders and tandoori chicken skewer. All of these were impeccably made with top-quality ingredients by Executive Chef Guillermo Delavault. Each Afternoon Set is paired with a glass of chilled bubbles to turn the afternoon indulgence into a lush retreat, setting for you and your guests a bubbly mood.

Apart from the Afternoon Set, The Champagne Bar will spoil all champagne lovers with a super value champagne list every day from 3pm till midnight to ensure that everyone’s taste buds are well catered for.
