STARRY ARABIAN NIGHTS @ PULLMAN KUALA LUMPUR BANGSAR

Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar will once again set themselvesas the ultimate dining destination on this holy month of Ramadan for a spread of mouth-watering and sumptuous selections of dishes from 21st June to 16th July 2015.

LINK All Day Dining culinary team delicately prepares a Starry Arabian Nights themed buffet dinner with an extensive of traditional Arabian and Malay cuisine. Arabian cuisine is one of the flavorful and aromatic and uses such as cumin, nutmeg, turmeric and caraway to achieve strong flavor that are unique to the cooking of the region. What is today regarded as Malay food is the result of centuries of outside influence where the Malay absorbed a tradition of  Arabic dishes.

We have specially invited Arabian Chef to satisfy the local gourmand’s taste buds without having to travel thousands of miles away. On the menu, there will be array of delicious Arabian dishes that will be served over the period of the togetherness. Some of the highlights are Shish Tawook is the traditional shish kebab of Middle Eastern cuisine, whole Baby Lamb with Arabian marination, Sharwarma is a Levantine Arab meat preparation, where beef are placed on a spit – one of the most popular street food in the Middle East, Spicy Marinated Sea

Bass Fillet is the heavenly and tasty dish of coast southern Mediterranean, Lamb Kofta, various rice preparations, and much more to complement the culinary experience. Another not-to-be missed delicacy is the fresh durian especially sourced from local farm – a popular dessert among the local Asian patrons.

In addition, LINK also displays attractive decoration that incorporates Arabian style to give the guests a typical atmosphere and great starry ambiance. An exotic lighting with starry lights is among the decoration that can be seen at the outlet. Besides that, there will be live ‘Ghazal’ performance which heightens up the mood throughout the buffet dining experience.

The whole Starry Arabian Nights food experience is offered at an attractive price of  RM140.00nett per person only (50% discount for children between 6-12 years old), commencing from 21st June to 16th July 2015 (6.30pm to 10.30pm). Enjoy the buffet for RM110nett per person when you take the advantage of Early Bird Special from 1st May to 12th June 2015.
