Tamarind Brasserie from Parkroyal Resort welcomes you with their Festival of Seafood Buffet Dinner on Saturday and for those who are a big fans of seafood, you will definately will not get disappointed with their variety of seafood sensation in the buffet spread.

A must to go for seafood lovers is definately the Seafood on Crusted Ice where you will be pampered with the variety of fresh seafood which includes the Chilled Poached Shell Scallops, Rock Oysters on Ice with lemon wedges and tabasco sauce. Not forgetting their fresh Sashimi on Ice where you can find the Unagi, Salmon, Tacos, Abalone Slice.

From the salad bar, try their delicacies with their caesar salad, chicken breast salad, potato salad with grain mustard, snowy crabmeat and more. Topped your salad with the choice of Thousand Island dressing, French dressing, Vinaigrette and Olive Oil.

For BBQ lover, don’t miss their Chicken Thigh, Doper Lamb Rack, White Cuttlefish, White Prawn, Lips Mussel and Angus Striploin Beef. Dipped them with the delicious sauces that includes Mint Jelly, Chili Sauce, Tomato Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Mustard and Béarnaise Sauce.

Aside from the delicious barbecue, try the char koay teow, oven baked lobster with Sarawak Pepper Sauce, Seafood Thermidor, Pan Fried Cod Steaks with Almond Pesto Sauce, Butter Seasonal Vegetables, Baked Lamb Ribs Morel Mushroom and more. For those who prefer chinese delights, try their on the stalls which includes Pan Fried Fin with Light Ginger Sauce, Sea Cucumber and Duo Mushroom with ScallopsWok Fried Lips Mussels with Onions and Steamed Baked Winter melon with Crabmeat Sauce.

As for the Malaysian delights, do try the Fish Fillet Curry Kapitan, Mutton Kurma, Paprik Chicken , Ox- tail Rendang and Sotong Masak Kunyit.

Ends your meal with their lovely desserts which includes Blueberry Yoghurt Mousse, Tiramisu Cake. French Pastries, Cranberry Sconens and many more. Not just that, you will also be pampered with more delicacies like Mango Pudding with Basil Compote, Pandan and Red Bean Layer Cake, Orange Brulee and Flan Napolitana.
The seafood sensation here comes awesomely good with loads of choices. I love the way all the delights is served here as well as variety of choices.
