MOTHER’S DAY & WAGYU BURGER PROMOTION @ SIGNATURE BY THE HILL, THE ROOF, FIRST AVENUE

May 8, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review 1 Comment

For the month of May, celebrate with your love ones in Signature by The Hill at The Roof at First Avenue. Famed for their brunch, Signature by The Hill brings you with more exciting dinner menu where one can check out the amazing city night view with its impressive dinner menu. The restaurant brings an elegant and romance with the low dimmed light and lovely ambience.

We started off our meal of the night with their Giant Meatball ‘Bomb’ Linguine. One of the signature here at Signature by the Hill which brings you with an enormous meatball which is coated with the rustic roma tomato sauce and finished with shaved parmesan cheese. The meatball bomb had seasoned with the ground Australian rib eye. Inside you can find a whole egg. The pasta is simply delicious with the robust flavors of the tomato sauce.

Aside from the pasta, one must order includes the Signature Wagyu Burger. A decadent pile up of the thick succulent wagyu beef topped with cheddar cheese and truffle oil. In between, find some greens with the fresh cuts of juicy tomatoes, raw onion rings and also the pan seared foie gras on top. It is sandwiched with the black charcoal bun and served with golden onion rings and corn on the cob. Looking at it, my tummy had already start drooling and I just love how it is done which is with rich flavors and the complete juiciness with it.

Awesomely delicious! For the whole month of May, burger fans would love the Signature Wagyu Burger promotion available at RM80.

The Baramundi with otak otak sauce is also another of my favorites. Being a fish lover, I am indeed falling in love with how the fish is prepared at the simple way- pan-seared and served together with the otak otak sauce. Served with the side of Vietnamese noodles which is smooth and silky.

We ended our mains with the Rogan Josh. Thehuge portion of the beef skewer whihch is well marinated and barbecued. Served with the mint sauce, archar and papadum with it.

Enjoy their signature cocktails when you are in Signature by the Hill. The Watermelon Slush (RM 40) is one of the signatures there with the combination of Vodka, Midori, Lychee, Liquor and Watermelon.

Hawaii 5.0 (RM 40.00)

Get transpored to a tropical paradise with the one kind of signature. Combination of Smirnoff Apple Vodka, Frangelico , Organic Raspberry Jam and Fresh Pineapple in it.

For coconut lover, Enjoy the sip of Coco’s Nut (RM 28.00) where you can enjoy the sip straight from tropical island. The drink well combined with the Malibu, Rum, Banana Liquer and Coconut.

What is even a better treat for Mother’s Day is every mum stand a chance to win a pair of tickets to Koh Samui with Firefly! This would be the best gift to give for a relax beach vacation.
