HUGO PRESENTS THE TASTE OF FRENCH BLUE LOBSTER @ HYATT REGENCY TSIM TSA TSUI

法國布列塔尼藍龍蝦以其藍色血液而得名,無論是歐德雷塞勒以至加萊海峽的出產,其獨特的濃郁味道均令它成為多款經典菜式的主角,為全世界廚師及美食家所追捧。夏季正值布列塔尼藍龍蝦的當造時節,希戈餐廳的廚藝團隊將由6月11至7月31日以此珍品作帥,誠意為賓客帶來極至滋味的藍龍蝦菜譜。

在布列塔尼藍龍蝦佳餚中,清新的藍龍蝦沙律配烚鵪鶉蛋、白蘆筍及蜜桃蓉絕對不能錯過,白蘆筍及蜜桃搭配藍龍蝦的味道份外清甜;另一特色推介為藍龍蝦清湯配車厘茄及蠶豆,每一啖均散發藍龍蝦的獨特鮮味。

至於烚藍龍蝦配黑松露忌廉牛油汁及扒烤藍龍蝦配羊萵苣沙律及檸檬同屬廚師推介,前者用法國之寶黑松露做成忌廉牛油汁,配上肉質豐碩的藍龍蝦,香味四溢,盡顯廚師心思;食客如欲一嚐這種矜貴食材的純正味道及個性,則一定要試試後者,保證令您一試難忘。
