Stratosphere at The Roof is proud to present DINING UNDER THE STARS, a 4 course dining experience exclusive only for 25 couples on 16 May 2015 from 7pm onwards.
Couples can look forward to a special treat from award winning chef duo, Chef Boone and Chef Desmond from Signature at The Roof who will compliment the dining ritual with the following menu; entrée includes Wild Mushroom Soup and Salad Nociose, a choice of main between Chicken Royale, Surf & Turf or Rack of Lamb and ‘Romantic Trio’ (Chocolate Truffle, Apple Crumble and Panacota with Ginger Dust) for dessert.
