LA CAFÉ MEMOIRE @ TTDI

May 17, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

LE MEMOIRE TTDI

Located in TTDI; La Café Memoire is another place to visit for good meals, coffee and cakes. A brainstorm of 3 youngsters, they had opened the lovely café which had captured my heart with the beautiful interior which is made from wood. With Mandarin-language pop ballads playing in the background, the restaurant brings us with the cozy environment to relax during the weekends.
LE MEMOIRE TTDI
The chef come owner, Brian Liew does most of everything here, from designing and constructing, to creating the menu as well as cooking the dishes.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Smoked Duck Salad (Rm9)

The Smoked Duck Salad well done with perfection with the juicy smoked duck slices and fruit salad. Topped with walnut on top with the lovely sweet and sourish glazed of sauces. The delights come simply appetizing where every mouthful of the salad brings up the overall taste of the dish itself.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Creamy Bacon Pasta (Rm14)

The Homemade fettuccine with pork bacon, garlic as well mushroom bits in it. The creamy pasta is not much of my favorite as I am not a big fans of cream pasta but the bites of bacon in it is indeed a nice one.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Japanese Curry Pasta (Rm17.50)
One of my favorite in the menu is the al-dente pasta that is topped with the chicken dice on top. I love the sauce which is made from scratch by the chef where it brings us the sweet-savory taste with the hint of spiciness in it.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Mussels And Fries. Rm30.
I love how the mussels is being served where steamed mussels is being cooked with the rum instead of white wine. The fragrant blend of the rum is sinfully good and each mouthful is just as perfect as it is.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Pork Chop. Rm25.
For pork lover, not to be missed is their pork chop. The pork chop is indeed well done and marinated with the Mongolian spice and the pork comes simply juicy and have a tender meat too.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Deluxe Pork Burger. Rm18.50.

The delicious homemade pork patty comes well with the tender meat and bursting with flavours. Topped with the sunny sun side egg which makes the overall taste sinfully good and perfect.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Pork Bacon Pizza

If you are a big fans of pizza, their pork bacon pizza is indeed a good combination. The pizza is served with the generous amout of smoky bacon, melted cheese and also the spicy Thai Chilly flakes. Amazingly delicious.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI

Nutty Bacon Sundae Rm11.

The uniquely done sundae is sserved with the caramelized bacon, sweetened mix nuts, caramel drizzles and get this – vanilla ice cream and kalamansi sorbet at the bottom. That is such a perfect match to go about.

LE MEMOIRE TTDI
Tiramisu

Simply a great desserts which I love about it. The deliciously made tiramisu with the mascarpone and topped with nuts on top. Nice

LE MEMOIRE TTDI

Chocolate Brownie.

A massive slice of delectable chocolate brownie served with a dollop of refreshing coconut ice cream. Delicious
