If you are looking for the perfect spot to take your partner on a date, organise a gathering for your company or birthday celebrations for friends, the Poolside at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur promises an evening of excellent barbecue fare amidst a breezy ambience.

The BBQ 4-Course Set Dinner is available in two versions. For RM488 nett per couple, it includes 1 bottle of white or red wine, while for RM788 nett, it includes 1 bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne. Start your meal with the first course of Farmed Mushroom Cream Soup with Truffle Oil or Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Citrus Salad and Horseradish Dressing. For your main course, select the Cod Fish, Beef Tenderloin, Beef Sirloin, Salmon Fillet or Spring Chicken and have it barbecued tableside by your dedicated butler. For dessert, a Venetian Delight of Mascarpone Cream Cheese with Coffee will complete your romantic evening together with an Espresso or Cappuccino.

If you are in a group of 50 or more, the BBQ Buffet Dinner, priced at RM150 nett per person, gives you a savings of 20% on juices, soft drinks, pouring wine and beer. With a menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Gary Lim, begin your dinner with the delicately prepared Hors d’oeuvres of Sliced Cold Roasted Beef with Pickles and Smoked Turkey Breast with Pineapple Salsa which will appetise you to approach the broiler soon after.

At the broiler, freshly barbecued Herb Marinated Lamb Chop, Mini Striploin Steak, Chargrilled Chicken Thigh, Herb and Tomato Marinated Red Snapper, Marinated Mussels and Blue Ocean Crab will enhance your BBQ experience with their rich aroma and flavour. Accompanying sauces include BBQ, Mushroom, Dijon Mustard and Mint. Available at the Hot Dishes counter are delights such as Corn on the Cob, Chinese Fried Rice and Mee Hoon Siam. Before the party ends, Assorted French Pastries, Tropical Fresh Fruits, Chocolate Trifle and Strawberry Charlotte are among the desserts which will conclude your eventful night.

The Poolside at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur is the perfect venue for a BBQ as the cool breeze under the glittering stars creates a tranquil ambiance for couples and positive vibes for friends and colleagues. The ample space to wine and dine adjacent to the swimming pool makes the dining experience a truly memorable one.
