From braised shredded sea treasure hot and sour soup to stir-fried geoduck with jellyfish and “Teow Chew” satay sauce and double-boiled soya bean with hasma and snow fungus, the dishes are prepared a la minute using premium quality ingredients and adapted to the likes of discerning diner’s palate. Alternatively, there will be another exciting venue for a leisure Sunday brunch at Serena Brasserie for the lovely mothers. A family fun occasion, the Sunday brunch is the perfect place especially with the dedicated children zone with specialised children-friendly menu and activities.
