GTower KL comes up to be one of the first hotel welcoming Ramadhan this year. Welcoming you with the delicious delights for Ramadhan which is going to start from 20th June 2015 until 14th July 2015, GHotel brings you with the traditional Malaysian cuisine with live cooking stations assuring the retention of natural taste and freshness of dishes.

Under the tutelage of Chef Sherry with 20 year experience brings you with the special Ramadhan delights bring you with the gastronomical traditional Malay delights. The spread is indeed a vast one and it would definite to boost a plethora of local speciality. Wide the wide offering from appetizing to desserts, you would be definite to have some of your favorites there.

Appetize your self with the assorted types of salads from their mouthwatering salads which includes the mixed salad and kerabu pucuk paku, sambal dressing, keropok and papadom, ikan masin and telur masin, jeruk buah buahan, and a healthy selection of Ulam-ulaman.

Moving on to their main delights which includes beef, chicken and also seafood. The claypot hot dishes menu which will be offered in weekly basis comprise of the rice selecion such as Nasi Briyani, Fragrant Rice, Nasi Ulam and many more.

On the meat selection, tempt your self with the Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, Ayam Panggang Berempah and many more.

Some of the delights which I love include the Sambal Udang Petai), Ikan Pari Bakar dengan Asam, and also the Tenggiri Masak Asam Pedas. There are more selection there as well where each of the items comes simply appetizing.

Adding in to the buffet, there are live cooking stations which served a variety of delicacies like the Mee Rebus Rasa Pilihan and Mihun Sup Utara. Meanwhile the Rojak Singapura and the traditional Popiah Basah. Prepared fresh by the chef, you will assured that the delights comes deliciously good.

End your meals with some sweet ending with the local delights like the Ais Kacang Segar, traditional Kuih Muih, petite cakes and more.

The daily Ramadhan Buffet starts from 20th June until 14th July 2015, and will be hosted on the Mezzanine Floor of GTower from 6pm until 10pm.
