Set within a prominent 32 storey building, the property comprises of 46 private ownership units and 145 serviced residences, consisting of 41 grand deluxe suites, 70 one-bedroom suites, 30 two-bedrooms suites and four three-bedroom suites. With many areas boasting natural daylight, the venue options can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Families: for the Junior Guests

A culture of warm and attentive service that extends to guests of all ages, Oriental Residence offers special services and amenities for those travelling with children. Spacious suites are ideal for families, and well-stocked play room provides hours of fun for the little ones. The kids’ pool is just metres away from the serene adult pool, and for the rainy days, the DVD library is sure to keep them busy.  Café Claire welcomes kids at all times, with a children’s menu that features specialised children’s gourmet comfort food, such as buttermilk fried chicken, ham and cheese toasties, Nutella pizza and waffle towers. Oriental Residence also has specially tailored welcome gifts and turndown items to please the junior guests, along with tiny robes and slippers to match those available for the big guests.
