‘YUM CHA’ WITH THE BEST DIM SUM IN TOWN @ XIN CUISINE, CONCORDE KUALA LUMPUR

Xin Cuisine is famed for its tantalizing dim sum. Freshly-made dim sum and guests are spoilt for choice. Enjoy it for lunch and also, enjoy more selections with the whole family during weekend breakfast.

There are more than 50 items featured in Xin’s dim sum menu. Xin Cuisine in one of the few hotel outlet that serves dim sum in push carts. As you are seated, look at the different push carts displaying steamed, savoury and sweet dim sum. Savour old time favourites like king siew mai, barbecued buns, Shanghai dumpling, prawn dumpling, egg tart, baked coconut bun, fried yam puff, lao sa bun, prawn beancurd. Do not miss the soft smooth chee cheong fun (scallop or prawn). The bamboo rice is a favourite too.

Dim Sum Chef Ng Meng Loong and his dedicated team diligently prepare the ingredients for the different dumplings… an early morning routine, and kitchen is abuzz with activity. The task of preparing items of mise en place, various ingredients and ensuring everything that are being sent out to customers are piping hot and fresh!

Make your way to Xin Cuisine and sample these tasty creations from RM9.50++ per order. Dim Sum is served from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm (Mon – Fri), 10.30 am on Saturday and 9.00 am on Sunday respectively. For reservations, please call 2144 2200 extn 2338 or 2144 8750 (direct line).
