This delectable delight is made from sugar, water and gelatin, chocolate condimar, eggs, fresh milk, cream and layers of chocolate moist sponge. Chocolate moist sponge is used as the base of the cake and spread some chocolate mousse. Arrange sliced pear nicely on the mousse and place another layer of chocolate moist sponge. Pour in the balance of the chocolate mousse for the final layer and chill it overnight. Top it with a layer of chocolate ganache, sliced pear, chocolate decoration and fresh berries. Also, some chocolate decoration on the side of the cake makes it a perfect finish. Definitely a must-try cake!
