IMPERIAL CHAKRI PALACE @ KLCC

Recently, Imperial Chakri Palace had gone through a huge renovation in their outlet in KLCC. Turning the dark romantic dining experience to now a bright yellow gold restaurant is indeed marvelous. With more sitting capacity with private rooms and brighter interior, Imperial Chakri Palace brings us with the absolute Thai dining experience.

The outlet is refurbish and bringing you with the nicer interior with the touch of Thai with it. Posters of the King can be seen in ther outlet. And recently Imperial Chakri Palace comes up with the value set which is pretty impressive. AT RM 388 ++; enjoy the impressive meal with a starter, salad, soup as well 5 main coirse and also a dessert.

The 4 season starter set comes awesomely good with the popiah, deep fried breadcrumb prawns, salad, as well as the Thai Pancake. Each of the items are indeed well done and I love how the Thai Pan cake is done which brings us a flavourful meat.

Served next is the Traditional Thai Mango Salad. The salad served with the with the shreded mango and spicy tantalizing sauce with it. The sweet and sourish blend with the kick of spiciness makes the overall dish taste awesome.

Imperial Chakri Palace brings us with two choices of tomyam in their selection either the clear tomyam or the red tomyam. For those who prefer a fiercy taste of the tomyam, get their clear instead. The fiercy tomyam filled with loads of seafood in it which includes squid, fish meat, and also prawns and mushrooms. Kick your spiciness here at Chakri Palace.

Serving next is one of the signature in Imperial Chakri Palace where we are having the Steamed Seabass with Lime and Chili. The fresh seabass is being steamed with loads of lime, chillu and the finely chopped garlic with it. I love how it is served with the flaky seabass meat as well as the kick of spiciness with it.

A must to order for me when I am visiting a Thai Restaurant would be their Traditional Pandan Chicken. The minced chicken is being wrapped with the pandan leaf and being fried till perfection. The aromatic pandan taste is infused into the chicken itself leaving us with the flavourful chicken taste in it as well as the moist texture.

The Crispy Squid with Thai Chili Sauce was a good one too. Well deep fried till golden brown, the squid comes crunchy and yet flavourful.

We ended our mains with the Organic Mixed Vegetables.

As for desserts, we ended with the Thab Thim Krob which is one of thefamous desserts in Thailand. Sweet delights to end the awesome meal in Chakri with the coconut milk delicacies that served together with the water chessnut and jackfruit.

If you are around KL, drop by to Imperial Chakri Palace to try their authentic Thai Cuisine there.
