‘ONG’-TASTIC VALUE WITH THE NEW KFC GOLDEN EGG CRUNCH CHICKEN AND GOLDEN BURGER

February 5, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

KFC Malaysia is delighting fans this Chinese New Year with a new oriental-inspired addition to the menu – KFC Golden Egg Crunch Chicken and KFC Golden Burger! The innovative new menu promises to provide KFC’s customers a rich and uniquely delicious taste like they’ve never tasted before.

“KFC fans have been asking for a new and exciting recipe in addition to our well loved Original Recipe and Hot & Spicy. Hence, we are excited to introduce this crunchy, savoury and delicious juicy offering to our fans in conjunction with the upcoming festivities!” said Ling Mee Jiuan, Senior Vice President, KFC Malaysia.

“We are confident that the new products will be a satisfying and surprising new addition to every family’s dinner gathering especially this Chinese New Year holiday season,” she added.
The KFC Golden Egg Crunch is KFC’s tender juicy chicken marinated in a rich collection of oriental spices to deliver a touch of heat, breaded and fried to a glorious golden yellow tinge, and coated with an indulgent taste of golden yolk sprinkles. It gives customers that rich, “ong” taste to start the year.
As for burger lovers, they can enjoy the KFC Golden Burger which is also specially created for the festive season. With the tagline, ‘Every Bite Sure Ong!’, customers can sink their teeth into the burger with a succulent fillet marinated in flavourful oriental spices and golden yolk sprinkles.
It’s more value, its more ONG! From an amazing price of only RM9.95* during Lunch & Dinner Treats, customers are able to enjoy two pieces of KFC Golden Egg Crunch chicken together with a delicious side and a regular Sjora Mango Peach drink. Customers can also opt for the Golden Burger combo at the same price.

KFC Golden Egg Crunch is also available in the Golden Feast combo consisting of 9 pieces chicken, large Whipped Potato, FREE Coleslaw, and 1.5 Liter Pepsi, and it can be shared among four to five people, priced at RM40.00* (only RM8.00 per pax!).

In line with this promotion, KFC is introducing a unique and attractive fortune jar available in two choices of colours – classic and gold. The jar can be purchased individually or for free through the value-packed and delicious Golden Bucket promo.

Kick start to an “ONG” 2015 with the KFC Golden Egg Crunch chicken and Golden Burger starting from 22 January, while stocks last.
(* Prices valid for all restaurants except for Genting, Legoland and Airports)
