Fish lovers would not say NO to their Fresh Steamed Red Snapper with Golden Garlic and Superior Soya Sauce as it will absolutely delicious. It is one of my favorite item of the night with the flaky fish meat and the red snapper is simply fresh as well. It also brings up the overall sweet taste of the fish itself. Nicely done!

A usual must when having Chinese New Year dishes would be the sea cucumber, broccoli and dried oyster sensations. The platter which is served together with the “Fatt Choy” believe to bring you more prosperous this time with it.

Ended with the Glutinous Rice with the Assorted Preserved Meat in Lotus Leaf (鶯鴦什錦臘味荷叶饭) which comes with the assorted preserved meat. Stuffed till the fullest with the delicious temptations before heading for some sweet bites.
CNY DORSETT GRAND 2015
Some sweet delicacies to end our meal where we had the Deep-Fried Chinese New Year Cake with Glutinous Dumpling “Shanghai” Style (香脆年糕拼芝麻雷沙汤丸). The Nian Gao with the yam and sweet potato is being wrapped together breadcrumbs and deep fried till golden brown . Served till perfection, its taste is awesomely good. The glutinous dumplings brings you with the complete sweet ending with the black sesame and being wrapped with the glutinous dumpling.
