As the Lunar New Year is dawning upon us, reward staff and fete business associates with an extravagant meal in Zuan Yuan Chinese restaurant as a token of appreciation for a successful year.
Spearheaded by Chef Heng, the master chef and his culinary team are offering three exquisite 9 – course set menus for diners to indulge in. Each course commence with the Hot and Cold combination set followed by the serving of a flavoursome Soup.
Then, the Roasted poultry of Chicken or Duck will make its debut and the meal continues with the serving of the Fish, Prawn and Braised Seafood dishes. All set comes with aromatic Steamed Fried Rice with Assorted Preserved Meats wrapped in Lotus Leaf and the perennial favourite, Sweet Fancy Duet Pastry.
