The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong presents a wonderful spectrum of gourmet treats and activities to celebrate the beauty of love during the month of romance.

Culinary Delights
Michelin-starred Chef Pino Lavarra promises a romantic setting for couples to savor an extravagant four-course and seven-course dinner with pairing champagnes at HK$3,488 and HK$4,788 per two persons, respectively. Guests looking for something special should not miss “Romance in the Sky” which serves a refined seven-course dinner in the comfort of Tosca’s private dining room at HK$14,000 for two persons.

Guests can also choose to celebrate the Valentine’s Day with a feast at The Lounge & Bar and Café 103 offering signature afternoon teas and extravagant dinner buffets. To celebrate the opening of Pierre Hermé Paris retail shop at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, Café 103 and The Lounge & Bar presents two exquisite Valentine’s Day afternoon tea sets featuring macarons by Pierre Hermé Paris from February 13-15, 2015 at HK$668 for two persons and HK$688 for two persons, respectively. The chocolate-themed afternoon tea at Café 103 is served from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. For guests who already have a busy afternoon planned, enjoyment starts early at The Lounge & Bar from 2pm on February 13 and from 12noon on February 14&15.

Nothing surpasses the romantic and thrilling sensations from gazing at the Hong Kong skyline from the world’s highest bar OZONE, while savoring an eight-course romantic dinner on the Valentine’s Day. Ozone brings back the bespoke “Ultimate Romance Dining Experience” which includes an exclusive use of the private dining room high above the city, featuring captivating vistas of the city and Victoria Harbour; an eight-course menu, a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Rosé Champagne, a bouquet of 99 roses and a box of 99 pieces of chocolates, priced at HK$19,999 for two persons.

Chef Paul Lau at Two Stars Michelin Tin Lung Heen instilled a romantic flavor to the menu with a delectable eight-course dinner with wine pairing at HK$3,398 for two persons.

Season of Romance
For the ultimate Valentine’s Day indulgence, The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA introduces “Season of Romance” offer during the month of February. The package includes an 80-minute bespoke treatment in the Couple’s Suite with a free 30-minute treatment time upgrade, complimentary on-day access to swimming pool, heat and water facilities, and enjoy a three-course set lunch for two at Michelin-starred Italian restaurant Tosca.

Exclusive privileges include:
• Use of the Harbour View Couple’s Suite during spa treatment
• Two glasses of champagne in the treatment room
• A choice of 50-minute aromatic body massage or deep relaxing body massage
• A complimentary 30-minute treatment time upgrade
• Complimentary access to swimming pool, heat and water facilities
• Three-course set lunch for two at Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Tosca

This package at the world’s highest hotel spa is available between February 1 and 28 at HK$ 4,048 for two persons from Monday to Friday. A supplement of HK$600 applies to Saturday bookings.

Valentine’s Day Voyage
