“Creating desserts is much more than just baking and slicing a cake and then plopping it on a plate – it’s an art,” says owner of Nosh, Judith Takada. A bubbly personality, Judith has a passion for her craft that is obvious from first meeting. Nosh which is the heart of the owner- Judith brings you with the casual Italian Western restaurant. The lovely delights here comes with the great environment and the cozy restaurant is indeed a nice place for a romatic dining experience.

This round, we had the Chicken Roulade (RM 33) where the chicken roulade is well stuffed with spinach and mushroom. It is then being served with the generous portion of mashed potatoes and gourmet tomato sauce. I love the way it is being served where the chicken roulade is being deep fried and oven for 1-2 hours. This comes with the crispy goodness with the moist texture of the meat itself.

As for the Salmon Lemon Capers (RM 39.00) , the huge portion of grilled salmon fillet is topped with the lemon caper cream sauce. The deights is served with a side which is the roasted rosemary potatoes and sesaonal vegetables. The salmon comes pretty moist and every mouthful is divinely good.
NOSH
As for the pastry. Judith who is a pastry chef by profession, she is very particular on the quality of the desserts. The tiramisu (RM 18++) comes with the rich chocolate spinge is served with soaked in espresso and fie port wine, complimented by luscious creamy mascarponed and generous dusting of cocoa. I love the way the tiramisu is being served which the blend of the liquor is just irristable.
Overall, Nosh is indeed a great place for a dining experience with a great service.
