HEART-WARMING CASSEROLE SPECIALITIES AT REGAL COURT

December 12, 2014 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Promotion Leave a Comment

It is no doubt that hot and sizzling casseroles are
the perfect dishes in winter. Come and treat yourself with a selection of heart-warming
casserole dishes at Regal Court to warm up your body.

Tempting selections include Braised Crab, Ginger and
Tomato with Curry Sauce in Casserole
, the homemade curry is used to stir-fry with the crab, further enriching
the crab’s flavour;
Braised Grouper Fillet
with Mushroom and Pork Belly in Casserole
is the signature Cantonese recommendation.
Our chef firstly stir-fries assorted ingredients with seasonings and
adds the grouper fillets. The fish will then be tender and juicy. Wok-fried Chicken with Spicy Sauce in Stone Pot incorporates rice wine,
soy sauce and oil as main seasonings to provide you not only savoury
taste
but also a heart-warming delicacy on a cold day. A
copper basin
is specially chosen as the cooking and serving ware to prepare the Braised Chicken with Onions and Ginger in
Basin
. The chicken can be heated evenly and kept hot
for a longer period of time. Moreover, the traditional Braised Mutton with Wolfberries and Ginger in Casserole
is
a flavoursome dish that helps to speed up blood circulation
while
Boiled Rice with Assorted Preserved Meat
in Casserole
is another irresistible treat as the
tasty rice
absorbs all the essence of preserved meat.
