December 19, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Attractive deals and dee-licious meals is what you can expect this yuletide season with Empire Hotel Subang’s Stay and Dine Specials. If you haven’t made your plans for the holidays, Empire Hotel Subang has stay and dine Christmas packages with irresistible value to make your Christmas celebrations extra special. The Christmas eve stay and dine package, priced at RM360++ is inclusive of a Premier Essential night’s stay, breakfast and dinner while the Christmas day stay and dine package, priced at RM320++ includes a Premier Essential one night’s stay, breakfast and Hi-Tea. All meals will be at the hotel’s Kitchen Art Brasserie restaurant located on Level 2.

A mouth-watering experience of Christmas must-have dishes is what you can expect at Kitchen Art Brasserie’s Christmas buffet. Traditional Roasted Turkey with Chestnut, Onion and Sage Stuffing, Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Braised Duck Breast with Caramelized Orange, Apple and Green Peppercorn Sauce, Baked Shepherd’s Pie, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Chestnuts and Broiled Beef Medallion with Chanterelle Sauce are among some of the scrumptious delights in its wide array of traditional Christmas favourites.

Kids as well as adults with a sweet tooth will light-up with smiles with Chocolate Yule Logs, Christmas Fruit Cake, Assorted Christmas Cookies, Christmas Stollen, Christmas Pudding, Chestnut Mousse Cake, Chocolate Hazelnut Layer Cake, Black Forest Cake, Mango Cheese Cake, Mix Nut Pie, Apricot Crumbles Passion in Glass, Spice Creme Brulee, Mini Mince Fruit Pie, Warm X’mas Pudding and Berries Spice Bread Pudding in its dessert spread that would surely make their day.
“We want to give our guests a Christmas menu that guests of all ages can enjoy” says Executive Chef Syed Alsagoff. The spread will include a variety of Western and some Asian delights as well. Some of the dishes are must haves on every dinner table in Europe during this time of year. Kids will also be in for a big treat as our buffet has some of the traditional Christmas favourites in terms of cookies, cakes and puddings.”

“In line with our theme for Christmas this year which is the Joy of Giving, we are organizing a few promotions running concurrently where more value will be given back to our guests from Christmas through to the New Year celebrations” says Mr. Ho Ricky, Empire Hotel Subang’s Group General Manager.

“While the norm would be for hotels to increase rates during this peak festive period, we are adding value to our guest’s stay with our Stay and Dine specials. This is the season of giving and we want all our guests to feel welcomed with the warmth of Christmas when they stay and dine at Empire Hotel Subang.”

If the New Year celebrations in the city centre are just too much to handle, Empire Hotel Subang’s Stay and Dine Special priced at RM400++ includes a New Year’s Eve buffet, a night’s stay at a Premier Essential room and breakfast. For those who still want to party and usher in the New Year, there will be entertainment and the customary countdown to midnight at the SHOUT lounge located on the hotel’s lobby on Level 2.
