The capon chicken which is served is a 3kg chicken where the capon chicken is a Free Range Capon bred without the usage of hormones, artificial growth enhancer, preservatives and antibiotics. The Capon chicken are fed with 100% natural feeds, so diners can be rest assured of a all-natural, well-bred and range free tender chicken meat.
The chicken is being roasted and light seasoned with salt and pepper and it is well done till perfection bringing you the savory blend of taste. Servesd together with it is the sides of the of roasted vegetables, braised red cabbage together with cranberry compote to give it a flavourful taste and chestnut stuffing while drenched in savoury giblet gravy.
The taste comes awesomely good where the giblet gravy which is make from the scatch give us a flavourful taste and each mouthful is sinfully good. I love how the moist texture of the 3kg chicken to be and the taste is awesomely good. Each mouthful is just as good as it is and I am just pampered with all the goodies they served.
We also have the Roasted Pumpkin with Sunflower Seed Soup where the bowl of soup comes indeed so comfort especially during the cold rainy days. I am glad the soup is indeed give me a comfort temptations.
Be sure, to keep some space for the sweet temptations. Serving the variety choices of delicious items which includes gingerbreads, cookies and cakes. You will be dining the variety of lovely and well done cakes where they have the Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Christmas Fruit Cake, Apple Crumble with Vanilla Sauce, Italian Tiramisu in Shooter, and Thai Rainbow Jelly in Shooter Glass.
