The antipasto buffet is served with the variety of delights where you can have the choices of Lid Caprse salad, Tangy lemon color Spiral Pasta Salad, Homemade smoked Rosemary Salmon with Ornage Cinnamon Drizzle, Grilled Artichoke, Bamboo Lamb Chorizo and many more.
We started off with the Wood-fired Oven Spiced Chicken Drummet Salad, Smoked Eel with Chilled Celeriac Mousse with Soft Boiled Quail Egg. Not just that, you can try their squid ink gnocchi in the triple cheese sauce. The lovely delights is well served with the lovely delights and the gnocchi comes pretty creamy and heavy with the fragrant taste of the triple cheese sauce. The delights comes with the great combination and every mouthful is awesomely good.
As for the mains, you can opt for the Roasted Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Spinach, thyme infused pumpkin mashed, orange glazed baby carrot, wild mushroom and cranberry sauce or the Pan-seared Snapper Fillet with Braised ‘Theme Bean’, Roasted Cherry Tomato on Vine, Crispy Leek and Creamy Hollandaise Sauce.
The Roasted Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Spinach, thyme infused pumpkin mashed, orange glazed baby carrot, wild mushroom and cranberry sauce is as good as it is. I love the way the chicken roulade is cooked where the moist texture of the chicken roulade is well accompanied with the sauces. Every mouthful is divinely good without any greesy texture in it.
As for Pan-seared Snapper Fillet, It is indeed well done with the flaky temptations of the snapper fish meat. Not just that, you will love the creamy blend of the hollandaise sauce which is accompanied to it. Delicious.
We ended with the warm chocolate pudding with the marinated fruits and chili lemon granite. An awesome desserts to melts your heart on Christmas!
