This year, festive celebration in Hilton Kuala Lumpur comes interesting enjoyable with their great temptations of delights. Famed for their eatery which wons many hearts, we are indeed falling in love with their great variety of temptations. Started with Vosco’s ; one of their famous outlet for buffet does not disappoint us too with their marvellous feast of local and international delights.

Vasco’s is located on the lobby level of KL Hilton’s dining precinct. The formal dining room exudes a certain charm and elegance with a modern touch of chic appearance to boost.

Indulge your self with the opulent buffet of festive favorites where you will start off with their spread of salads which is served with loads of condiments and sauces. One of the highlighted item is the Gourmet Christmas Salad where the appetizing zesty temptatioms is served with the green and white asparagus salad. Bringing you the delights appetizing and without the heavy and strong pungent onion taste. Aside, the asparagus salad, the Truffle Mayonnaise Heirloom Tomatoes Salad with Shallots and Extra Virgin Olive Oil was a good one too. With the zesty blend and appetizing delights, the salad comes fresh with the crisp on it. Awesome! Aside from the Internation salad, local salads are available too like the Malay Nyonya Kerabu Salad, prawn salad and many more too look for. Each of the items is good as it is.

For seafood lover, go for their Symphony of Seafood where the fresh seafood is served on top of the ice. Thelovely seafood inclusive of the Poached Tiger Prawn, Fresh Shucked Pacific Oysters, Pink Scallop in Shell all the way from the seas of Borneo, Crayfish, Poached Black Mussels as wella as the Manila Clams. The seafood comes so fresh where each mouthful is filled with the sweetness of the seafood taste.

Moving to the next counter, you can also enjoy some slurpy noodles where you can choose the types of noodles you love and the chef will do the cooking for you. With the rotating choices of asam laksa, tomyam soup, curry noodles and more.

Goes to Rotisserie, the highlight is of course the Honey Glazed Spiced Roast Turkey that is served together with the chessnut stuffing, together with the honey roasted potatoes, butternut squash, brissels sprout cranberrie and giblet sauce. Awesomely done with every mouthful of the turkey comes moist in its texture. It’s skin remains crispy with the complete juiciness of the turkey and what surprise us is there is no gressy blend left on the turkey even though we are taking the turkey breast.

Going next is their Stone Hearth Pizza. Making from the scratch; the thin crust pizza comes awesomely good with the wide selection of choices of toppings. They have the Hawaiian Chicken, Mushroom Pizza and more but since we are in Christmas mood, we are served with their Slow Roasted Turkey, Cranberry, Brie and Avocado Pizza. The pizza comes moist in texture with the crispy edges. I love the way the pizza being served with the creaminess of the avocado blended with the turkey meat.

Some of the mains that must enjoy include the Oven Baked Slipper Lobster Spinach and Chessy Mornay, Asian Spice Marinated Black Cod Squid Ink, Mongolian Sauce. The Slipper lobster comes awesomely good with the freshness of the meat. I love how the delights is being served where each of eat comes sinfully good.
