Not forgetting the vegetable section, tuck into braised sliced top shell with beancurd, Hong Kong choy sum with oyster sauce, wok-fried Hong Kong kai lan with garlic plus many more selection of green dishes. Enjoy all these delectable dishes with choice of rice or noodles. Amongst on the list is wok-fried flat noodles with seafood or yong chow fried rice.
